• The membership fee is £149.99 per month for a 12-month commitment.

• Payment will be processed automatically each month for the duration of the 12-month commitment.

• You will be billed monthly on the same date you join each billing cycle.

   

3. Commitment Period

• By joining the Level 2 Content Membership, you agree to a 12-month membership.

• Cancellation, downgrade and pausing your membership can be discussed.

• The total amount for the 12-month membership is £1799.88 (£149.99 x 12 months).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your membership at any time during the 12-month period, but early cancellation will not result in a refund for any previously paid fees.

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected] at least 12 days before your next payment is due.

• No refunds will be issued for partial months or services rendered up to the cancellation date.

5. Payment Failures

• If a payment is unsuccessful (e.g, due to expired credit card, insufficient funds), you will be notified via email.

• Your membership will be placed on hold until payment is successfully processed.

• You will have 7 days to resolve the payment issue. If payment is not received by the specified date, your membership will be canceled, and access to services will be restricted.
